Not really, the result was a split decision IIRC.

He embarassed Hopkins at the end of the day, Hopkins knew that and crying to the ref to disqualify Joe did not help his case either.

You got to be blind(or american) to think Joe just barely beat Hopkins, he won quite a stretch and made Hopkins look like a boat crash survivor looking for salvation.

It was a **** fight. Calzaghe shouldn't be proud of it. He certainly didn't kick Hopkins' ass but I thought he deserved to win by a few points.

This is coming from a Calzaghe fan. Joe looked like absolute crap, and that was down to Hopkins.

Hopkins also looked like crap though.

As much as I think they should rematch, those two should never fight again. It's too ugly.

What did you think of it as a whole? I got it for Christmas, it was pretty good. But not as good as I expected it to be, I prefered Hattons "A Life Story" DVD.

That is indeed true.

It has some Am footage, and clips of him celebrating wins, but no actualy Pro Fight footage! It has a photo montage from the Hopkins fight, but that's it. I was a but let down by that in particular.
