WHat u need are characters and it doesnt even need to be a villain between the 2 fighters.

The one who talked about a Mayweather-Naseem 24/7 - I totally agree, that would be a badass 24/7! Or perhaps a B-Hop-Mayorga 24/7..! It makes me think of my thread where i stated that boxing is best when the two fighters hate each other! They then dares to take chances to seriously hurt the other guy and stand in the ring taunting the other showing the world that he got bigger balls then the other guy.! Love that stuff!

The results were a far gone conclusion.

For all of the talking Mayweather did on the 24/7 series and throughout the time leading up to the fight.

It was a lackluster fight, and a letdown to almost everyone that I spoke to who watched it.


So in that sense, sure, the 24/7 was entertaining to watch...but making people believe there is going to be some huge war coming, and then going on to fight the most hyped slapboxing match in boxing history.

It was a loss for the sport.

Even though a lot of people made truckloads of cash.
