Who's the most boring P4P #1 EVER!

Since it started in 1989, the list includes:

Tyson
Chavez
Whitaker
De La Hoya
Mosley
Jones Jr.
Hopkins
Mayweather Jr.
Pacquiao

Of that list, I don't know how you can give the most boring title to anyone other than Whitaker and Mayweather, so... pretty much, the question should be, who is more boring, Mayweather or Whitaker.

Whitaker probably wins out though.

Wow, I got them all right, and in the correct order of your poll too! Even before the poll was up. I'm proud of myself.

I've heard people say things like Michael Nunn was P4P #1 when Toney beat him, and Toney was P4P #1 when Jones beat him.

Can anyone verify this or kill these rumors?
