Why do you agree with that? Cotto did not disappoint me. We saw a fighter with great skill get in the ring and fight his heart out. He will have to learn how to tie up Margo, spin him around when he gets on the ropes in order to get back into the center of the ring, and circle around Margo within a tighter radius. Additionally, if he learns how to fight effectively going backwards, I say he wins the fight.
Lets not demonize Mayweather for not fighting Margo, and then demonize Cotto for bravely and unhesitantly taking the Margo fight, fighting his best but nonetheless loosing. If you want your fighters to fight the best out there, SUPPORT them when they do it to the best of their ability and still lose.
