ademas pac was smaller than mayweather. so if we consider weight an issue mayweather should have the edge to do more damage.
Fight night against Oscar he was 149 Mayweather was
    Pacman was 148

      JMM beat Manny P twice
      Morales beat his ass twice
Manny P lost to pinoy bums

Hatton clearly beat Collazo? Wow you've really becomea ******. Collazo beat him first before Mayweather. A lot of people proclaimed Castillo vs Mayweather 1 as robbery of the year. Pacquiao beat Marquez that no one even pointed as a robbery. And Yeah Morales beat Pacquiao twice 115-113 decision LMAO. I'll take Knocking out someone than being a complete robbery then winning the rematch by running.. I think you've become the penis of Floyd with the knowledge that you have. Manny kills most of his opponents by KO meanwhile Floyd is running like a big coward that he is.

Mayweather has KO 64% of his opponents
Pacman has KO 66% of his opponents.

Mayweather would KO anyone his size

Mayweather was 150 on the scaled and apparently put on another 3-4 lbs.

Pacquiao was 142 on the scales and got up to 148 lbs.

PBF is shootin himself in the foot by not fightin the top WW's. Everything he's accomplished is gonna go largely overlooked due to his refusal to fight those guys.

Pacman doesn't duck from a challenge while Mayweather retired at his peak and ducked top competition. So yes, Pac should be ranked higher.
