Thats, because fighters are judged on who they have beaten it tells you about the credentials. You dont know how good a fighter is untill he has had the necessary questions asked of him.

As a amateur Calzaghe won Chris Byrd.As pro Eubank,Lacy,Kessler,Bika,Jones and Hopkins.Mayweather got broken nose against old De la Hoya who would kill Mayweather in his prime.

Yea he didn't land one punch in the fight? Dude, they both barely landed meaningful punches, but like I said, Joe was more active so that made him win the rounds.

Hopkins isn't racist,it was just a line used to sell the fight. If he truly believed that "I will never lose to a white boy" montra,he would of used it for the Pavlik presser. Bernard showed tremendous respect for Pavlik before and after the fight.
