Williams is obviously being greedy or he would take 30% as the challenger and make the fight happen. Neither he nor Dzinziruk could sell out an arena to save their lives.

Dzinziruk needs to get real with the finances of this fight. No one knows who these guys are so there aren't millions in this fight. If he is going to fight Williams, he needs to come to terms with that fact and fight for the pride, not the money.

Either that or promote the fight yourself and see what numbers you can come up with.

ryan you should know European fighters make millions each fight. Unlike the states where you pretty much have to be a star to make that much money. Just look at sturm he makes millions each fight and yet he's a nobody here in the states. Same thing with abraham, klitschos, valuev all these guys get paid millions each fight in europe! It makes sense if paul wants to make a nice pay day it's going to be in europe agains sergi. A good promoter would get you fights, its a fact and history will back that. If your having a hard time getting fights it's not the fighter it's the promoter. I think he should get back to 147 sign with GBP beat some top ww's and then you have a big fight between two rival fighters and two rival promotional companies that know how to sell fights! To make any real money it would have to be in Germany.

Dzinziruk has earlier called out Williams for a fight in the states. It might be that Williams should look at it this way. If I fight Dzinziruk in the US the purse will be smaller but the chances of winning on hometurf is bigger. In Germany the purse is likely bigger and vice versa.
