Pacquiao and DLH will be both remembered by everyone. Pac is the best P4P in the planet right now and he'll be remembered by everyone in the future because he fought like a warrior and excites everyone in the crowd.

Floyd? He didn't live a good impression. He retired without fighting the best and protecting his 0. He will be known as the biggest coward in boxing. His fight is too boring and his best wins are boring decision wins.

Probably not since they havent fought each other enough times or in great fights. Besides the present day rivalry between the mentioned fighters of today couldnt carry the jockstrap of the rivalry of the fighters you mentioned of yesterday.

Fighters like Hagler, and Leonard are rarely criticised because they didnt just fight each other, they gave us some of the best fights ever.

Todays 'greats' arent above criticism. Floyd will be remembered as the guy who didnt fight Cotto or Margrito, Oscar isnt considered a great even today. Pac has probably been the most exciting. Even Roy Jones isnt at the same level as Leonard and Hearns.

They will be remembered as the best of this era, but not given the same respect as fighters from the 80's or before then.

Wrong names to compare with the group of Duran, Hagler, Hearns and Leonard.

This generation's version of the Fab Four are-->> Barrera, Morales, Pacquiao, and Marquez.

Oh yes. That's a much better call. The difference here being that the weight classes are lower. Other than that they compare well and I bet they'll be fondly remembered as having great rivalries.

The fab four's fights were televised on normal tv. Leonards a household name. None of todays fighters are household names.

Agreed. Hatton aint beat no great fighters like the fighters of the 80's. Floyd and Pacquiao will be talked about. But Floyd and Manny beat "great fighters" past prime but have plenty of quality wins. Oscar will most def be discussed.
