Shane Mosley Steroid Scandal Continues To Heat Up

Here is the thing, why would the BALCO lab tell almost every other athlete the supplements they were taking were illegal, some more well known than Mosley, and not tell Mosley. Athletes did lose medals and some went to jail over it. I find it hard to believe they told everyone but Mosley. Who injects vitamins in their stomach?Did Shane already pass the lie detector test? I think they said he passed that awhile back and now their bringing it up again. Yes he took it, but probably unknowingly as he already truthfully stated. These steroid destributers just want to see if their new experimental steroid products would pass some steroid tests and make money off it without telling the athlete what it really is.
100 % backing Shane on this one. He always carried himself in a well matter and still got my respect. Hes telling the truth. The other guys is a liarComment

From what I understand, the substance Mosley took wasn't illegal in Nevada at that time. If that is true then you can't take away the win.Comment

So I guess it'd only be fair for Oscar's "victory" over Vargas to be turned into a no contest since he used roids, right?

so it comes to this... poor mosley. The controversy continues as to whether or not Shane Mosley knowingly took performance enhancing drugs prior to his 2003 rematch with Oscar De La Hoya, which Mosley won. Victor Conte, who operated the Burlingame, California-based Bay Area Laboratory Cooperative (BALCO), has long claimed that Mosley was well aware that he was injecting himself with an illegal performance enhancing steroid known as EPO. Conte also alleges that Mosley was aware that other purchased supplements (the “clear” and the “cream”) were illegal as well. [details]
but he got caught lying so hope he gets his hands slapped!Comment

this is true - any mf'er w/ half a brain wouldn't do this.
conte has motivation to bring down the most people with him.
good point sin; i don't believe that mosley is that ******.Comment

for now, there are only accusations from this one fight, and its also unproven yet as to whether he actually knew what he was taking.........why strip him of all his titles?I dont want this bastard anywhere near the HOF.
F_ckin Cheater.
I hope all of his titles from back in the day are stripped and he is excommunicated from anything that has to do with the HOF.
If Bonds and Clemens and Tim Montgomery are having to go to trial, Mosley should too.
all the athletes you named are going to are having legal problems, not b/c they took steroids, but b/c they LIED under oath about it. if mosley LIES gets caught lying under oath, he will be tried.......calm down.
i think many ppl felt oscar won the rematch anyway. far as i'm concerned this is all much to do about nothing. they can change the result to a W if they want, but it changes neither guy's standing in history. both are probably HOF's but neither is an ATG......
ppl need to let this **** go. change the result from a W to a NC, but arguing about this **** is pointless, unless it can be proven shane used on more than one occasion. this is not as big as bonds tho, who broke baseball's greatest record. ppl on here need to calm down.
like i said before, shane needs to get his money back, b/c the "performance enhancing drugs" he took for the rematch clearly didn't work, as he looked better and had a clear cut victory in the first fight.Comment

no because oscar did not cheat to win, why should he lose a W, for something he didn't do, as Mosley cheated to win, oscar has an unfair loss on his recored the should be removed.
especially since i scored oscar winning the fight anyway.Comment
