Berto is good, but Cotto is a real Elite fighter. He has proven himself already, Berto needs more fights. Until he beats someone meaningful, Cotto beats him.

Beat him at what? Be more specific... Chess, maybe... table tennis, he's got the coordination... crossword puzzles, he definately has a better handle on English...
