What's Mr. Kim talking about?
David vs. Goliath not being as good as Pac vs. Oscar is debatable.
One: Goliath was probably 7 feet tall or close to it and probably weighed well over 200 pounds. David, a tiny ***, was probably 5’2 and weighed about 135 pounds. Goliath, was also said to be an incredible warrior that nobody wanted to fight, which tells me he was probably still in his prime. How so? well, consdier the way they fought back then chances are had he been past his prime people wouldn't have feared him as much let alone if he would have been still alive since fights were to the death.
I’ve also never heard of any stories that David wanted Goliath to come down in weight to make the fight “fairer” nor have I heard of any stories that Goliath “couldn’t pull the trigger” anymore.
However, I do give credit to Pac for not needing a sling-shot like David did…but Oscar had no sword to use either.
In the end, David killed Goliath while Manny fought an already dead Oscar

I didn't know that Larry made the Mosely-De La Hoya fight happen; very interesting. Anyway, he is right about the hard-core vs. the casual fans, we need to entertain the causual fans but the hard-core ones will always love boxing.
I actually thought that the Jones-Calzaghe undercard was pretty bad, but the Pac Man-DLH undercard was decent, there were alot of young fighters, but they should have been in there with tougher opposition.Comment

LMAO!
You're taking these things seriously Benny, you need to see a boxing shrink!
That's just an old cliche were the smaller guy beats the bigger guy.
... and why won't I be surprised if you ask for the actual weight of David and Goliath on the day of the fight! lolComment

It's just my sense of humor. I know it may be hard to see because you don't know me and in posts in can be hard to come across as a joke...but for the future, now you know
