In all fairness, Golota was a decent fighter. He had skill, speed, power in both hands, was big and strong. But mentally he was a ***in disaster. Every big fight he had, he choked, froze or quit and/or had an emotional breakdown. Now obviously thats a HUGE IF, but how different do you think it coulda been if he was mentally stable?
IF Andrew Golota was mentally stable, how good could he have been?

He would have been a dominant champion and the first polish heavyweight champ. He had every tool, but something upstairs was just not clicking. The only fighter around the time i could see beating him when he had his head straight was Lewis, Holyfield and maybe Vitali( would have been a great fight). When i seen him throw combinations to Bowe's groin, i knew he was nuts.Comment

He probably would have been worse if he was stable.
It was his insanity that made him appealing and gave him the shot against Lewis.Comment

Golota was like a heavy weight version of Zab Judah. He could of been great but blew it because he was a mental weakling.Comment
