Alcohol + youth = fool.

I used to do similar things when I was a kid. One time I was walking home (drunk) and jumped over a wall with no shirt on. There were 5 big dudes, so I shouted "come on, you ****ers, I'll take the ****ing lot of you!" ... but everyone ignored me.

Obviously they knew they had no chance!

This ones a lot closer than HW, which of course is unlimited.

CW would be very tricky to predict. Roy has amazing handspeed and would be good at CW, he shoulda gone there after HW had he have rated it as a division.

Roy would KO Haye's weakish chin with a quick upper cut or swinging shot.

OR

Haye would KO Roy with his immense power, and better all round game around that weight.

I don't think I see this one going the distance for those reasons, plus the two would war each other mentally, they really would not let up and want to kill each other after a few rounds imo. Leaving their debatable conditioning (for Roy at least at that weight and intensity after taking some serious shots) having them vulnerable to KO and one capitalising.

If they fought 10 times I couldn't call who would win 6-4, but would lean towards Haye.
