I have to say Jones by UD. Haye's still unproven at Heavyweight, though you could argue Roy was too, having only fought Ruiz and then vacating the title. But skillwise (or giftwise when speaking of Roy), Roy is the better man.

they have a combined 3 fights at heavy for god's sake.

yeah but he's been fighting 1 division down for years and he fought 1 division above cruiser too.

cruiserweight is more even with haye having to cut weight.
