    The people that picked Hatton don't give Mayweather any credit. Their excuse is that Hatton is not a WW. Question why would you pick Hatton when you have saw the Collazo fight

      I didn't make any excuses. Cortez did a horse**** job, but Floyd proved he is clearly a class above Hatton. Bringing that post up a year later and highlighting my name was low class. I don't remember you being nearly that generous to Margarito, but I don't have the time to fish for old posts.

        Why is it they you thought Hatton was going to win. But when Mayweather won he gave him no credit,

        How can you use the WW excuse when he saw the Collazo fight already

        Who needs to reminded of their mistakes? I was silly enough to think that Malignaggi would be clever enough to out box a weight-drained Cotto. It is to embarrassing to tell you how much I bet on that one.

            to answer your question,no i never said hatton was going to destroy mayweather,i never even dreamt that.floyd mayweather is a class act,has a very good resume,and i was happy he got the nod over de la hoya to be honest.
            im just saying the odds were against hatton,which irreguardless of what smart ass comment you make,anyone who knows anything about boxing will agree. also i didnt say that marg would destroy him either,just odd how he didnt take the big money fight,rather to fight a shot 140 fighter for less than half what they were offering,fact is marg could take any punch mayweather could throw,though in the end fm would outpoint the guy something huge id guess,unless marg were able to knock him out and hed have some work to catch him first. so can you explain why he took sharmba mitchell over marg then? and whats the deal with the spineless gutless comments?

              I love Ricky, his style, personality, britishness, his severe drinking problems, his 14 inch penis but Floyd is on a different level ( In the fighting department ) Floyd would beat Hatton in England while having to down a pint of guinnes after every clean shot he landed while Ray Hattons reffing the fight

                For the record I pegged Hatton as the firm underdog but picked him to pull out a close upset points win. Following the fight I gave Floyd credit for his part but expressed my bitter disappointment at the atrocious refereeing. As a Floyd fan would it not be a greater victory if he pulled it off without any protection from Joe "Fair but Not" Cortez?

                I have said continually that a different referee may not make any difference whatsoever (although that would mean accepting a tremendous coincidence in that Hatton's competitiveness dropped off entirely following the point deduction) but it would make for a considerably better spectacle.

                The trouble with Cortez (and this is speaking objectively) is that Hatton was touted as one of the best inside fighters currently in the game with a rough and ready approach to turning it into a fight while Floyd was a consummate slickster. The clash of styles and personalities was what sold the fight. Cortez took away one of the styles and robbed the neutrals of what could have been a classic.

                I don't know how anyone can't be pissed about that.

                  I agree. Hatton was mugged.

                    There was no money in the Marg fight. Typical Arum lie. At the time and hell even now, Margie can't draw flies to ****. It took Cotto for anyone to know who he is, even among Mexicans the general population flocked to JCCjr NOT Margie.

                    That "big money" thing was Arum being bitter and angry Floyd left him.

                    Arum = douchenugget.
