Haye vs Valuev

How do you see a fight playing out between Haye and Valuev, Haye has the advantage in speed power skill movement where as Valuev has the advantages in head size and a hairy back. I see Haye winning a UD unless Valuev manages to land a punch other than a jab but it would seem to me the slightest lateral movement through Valuev off.
