theres absolutely nothing wrong with drinking, health wise or moralistically.

unless you do it excessively.

That's what I was getting at. I don't see how having a few beers or a few shots a week automatically disqualifies a guy.

Consuming a bit of alcohol every now and again has been proven to provide health benefits. It's only bad when you over do it.

And guys like Pavlik, Manny and Oscar don't seem like raging alcoholics to me.

I thought Kelly was clean all year round. I've never seen or heard of him drinking, or smoking, or eating a poor diet.

The worst thing I've seen him do was play darts.

Who won? What's the story behind this? I heard of a story where Camacho Sr. as small as he is knocked out a couple of bouncers up in some NYC night club.

Kelly Pavlik is another one. You saw that **** on those "Countdown" episodes. He's clean, eats healthy, and he's in bed at 10:00 and up and out at around 5:00.

Purely clean living is probably pretty rare. Just because someone has some drinks or eats some heavy meals between fights doesnt mean they arent a clean living fighter though. I know lots of people that are very healthy and stay in great shape, they still get plastered and overeat every once in a while.

Sure, but he is still practically a joke. He is definately not on the big stage. Unless you classify beating bums not ranked in the top 200 in the world the big stage that is.
