This walking travesty of a HW needs to be stripped - the mere fact he carries their belt around has now diluated the WBA to beyond a joke. If they have any sense they'd strip him and retain some dignity.
So come on guys, lower division guys who'd beat Valuev - and remember as crap as Valuev was you'd need decent footwork & upper body movement

And these fighters if they'd allow them to come in under the HW limit:

I've deliberately left out boxers like Pavlik, Abraham, Taylor, Kessler because as quick as they are I'm not 100% sure they'd have the footwork or upper body mobility to avoid Valuev's big shots.
