I only wish he would have agreed to the fight back in Sept so Nate could have gotten rid of this clown once and for all.
Yeah, we all wanted the fight to happen, although we may differ for our reasons in wanting to see it.

Guzman looked OK, looked like he just wanted to go 12 and entertain the crowd, didn't seem like he wanted to push the issue too much, whenever he had Diaz in some form of trouble, he'd back off.

Your usually not on...but now that Guzman is fightin your on? Get over it...we all understand he F'd up. It is very easy to see the hate you be tryin to spit. You said "I wasted 36 minutes of my life" Usually when I watch a whack fight I'd only see it for 2-3 rounds...Be serious

Guzman looked good to me. He was clearly there to get the work in, get a feel for things again, and not press for a knockout. Was it a thrilling slugfest? Absolutely not. But it had it's moments.

And wasn't Guzman spitting up blood before the Campbell fight? And wasn't that the reason he pulled out? I don't recall him saying "Ummmm....no" to Campbell. I recall him going to the Hospital.

Then Nate better get ready to vacate a title belt (which he said he won't do) because Joan will move himself into the mandatory spot. Who else would net Campbell a $400K payday anyway? Pacquiao (which he won't get in the near future), JMM (who wasn't an option until Nacho said what he said a couple days ago), and probably Juan Diaz. Other than those, nobody else can net him that kind of money.

Joan left a lot to be desired, but he still showed a lot of what makes him special. Speed, slickness, and showmanship. What he didn't show enough of was his great combination punching and his chin didn't look as good, but it's understandable since the shots that did stun him were big power shots where Diaz loaded up and Joan didn't see them coming (probably due to rustiness). Diaz has 19 ko's in his 22 wins so he isnt a pillow puncher and the guys that have knocked him out were at 140 so he doesn't have a china chin. Guzman will hold more titles before his career is over; he just needs to get his ass in the ring more than once a year.

Guzman should retire. I hope no gives him a shot. A lot of people said that fighters avoided him. Now he was given a shot for 3 BELTS not 1 or 2 but 3 BELTS then he screwed it up. I hope no one gives this clown a title shot.

JOAN GUZMAN will never get a shot at Nate. That WBA eliminator would probably be for a shot at WBA Regular Champion. The owner of that belt is an unknown champion probably from Egypt. The super unified champ Natw ill have that WBA belt for like 2 years accdg. to their rules.
