I couldn't get away with a statement like that, because there is no proof to substantiate a claim like that at all.

Without proof i.e. a smoking gun, if I made a claim like that, I'd be sued silly.

Valuev is fighting a very poor fight but before you jump to conclusions, you have to rule out all of the logical possible reasons.

And you really can't based on what we've seen on the outside looking in.

Valuev seemed unuaually passive, especially in the first half of the fight.

I was wondering why, when Holyfield came in close, Valuev was not counterpunching like he did against Ruiz, Chagaev and Donald. At one point he had Holyfield stand in front of him for a few seconds and he didn't do anything.

Nicolay does not have fast hands, but in other fights such as the Barrett and Beck fights he punched aggressively when he had the chance.
