round 1 begins. evander wheels around on his wheelchair while valuev stalks around and gets exhausted from the first 3 steps.

ok seroiusly holyfield is dancing around on his toes from side to side. valuev stalks him and throws jabs and evander is just dancing around not throwing yet

oldyfield looks decent he's bouncing around. crowd chants holyfield i think....
valuev jabs. oldyfield throws and valuev shoots back they clinch.

oldyfield on his toes bouncing around...both seem cautious. oldyfield jabs and valuev rocks him, it's blocked but oldyfield's body flies 3 feet to the side.

both are cautious and commentators say not much yet thrown. oldyfield lands a big overhand right on the giant. valuev counters but misses slowly. oldyfield already looks much faster than the giant.

round over, oldyfield wins the round arguably.

bahaha. Holyfield won the first round! he cannot lose at this point in my books.

maybe I was too critical of this fight. its pretty funny to watch. not only the size difference, but the fact that a 46 year old is faster than Valuev.

**** all happened in the first round. they circled around each other standing about 5 feet away. I would guess 5 total punches were thrown.
