It would surely make for better fights than we are seeing now. If you notice... Many of the great fighters are from prison or are criminals. Ike would be the champ again, it would make lots of cash for the prisons and less from the taxpayers. And the guys on death row could be in a fight for your life on PPV after Springer! This is where they fight until one drops without a pulse. Do whatever you have to do to wake up your fighter and make him/her continue.
