Taking away the speed factor which is always a huge part in any fight, I think the biggest problem Pacquiao presents to Hatton is that he is a southpaw. Hatton is notoriously bad against southpaws and he will need to have an excellent camp with some dangerous fighters if he is to stand a chance of winning.
Having said that, Hatton has forged a career out of fighting, bullying and smothering fighters who are smaller than him. Hatton is definitely the stronger man and if he can turn the fight into one where strength counts he is going to take a lot out of Pacquiao and that could cause problems to someone who grows as a fight goes on as Manny usually does.
Pacman rightfully starts as favourite but too many are already discounting the physical aspect of this fight because of what happened a fortnight ago which, for me, is a bit of a red herring given the way Oscar elected to fight on the night.
