The fight dispute between Pac and Hatt brings up an interesting question.
So who is it?

Assuming Floyd is not on his way back, it's Hatton in the US.
Worldwide it is close.

No one boxing is struggling at this moment in time. 2009 will be a big year and it needs a bif year.

I picked Hatton. He's popular in Mexico, the US and Europe. Pac is popular in Mexico and the US. Europeans would rather see Hatton fight and pay for it.
