Felix Trinidad
Tommy Hearns
Julian Jackson

I am awful at history, but... I think I would err Jackson on that list.

Julian Jackson and Tito have more 2 hand power then Hearns but Hearns right straight wasn't no joke. Plus Hearns K.O'd C.W's...Julian/ Tito has never done that

Julian Jackson was one of the hardest punchers of all time, so he's definitely the hardest puncher at 154 IMO.
