Miguel Cotto: "First I Handle Jennings, Then Margarito"

The training camp of former two-division champion Miguel Cotto has kicked into gear for his February 21 bout with British fighter Michael Jennings for the vacant WBO welterweight title. The fight will be featured as part of a split-feed pay-per-view being put together by Top Rank. The other co-main event will feature Kelly Pavlik defending his middleweight titles against Marco Antonio Rubio in Ohio. [details]

Cotto sounds like he's mentally OK but we'll find out for sure when he gets into ring.

I have a lot of respect for Cotto for wanting to get back in the ring with Marg after such a devastating loss. I have the same respect for Kermit for the same reason. But I just don't see Cotto winning the rematch, though it will be a good fight.

Hopefully we'll get to see Cotto/Cintron in the future, that'll be a good one too. I'll be rooting for Cintron though I know the odds will be against him.

WTF has Cintron done to deserve a fight with Cotto?
