Like a lot of Brits, I have a huge amount of family who happen to be Americans and I love America.

Have you had trouble over here from morons because you are an American?

Occasionally, but it's not really a big deal man. Once they sit down and talk they usually find I'm not the dumb yank they thought. The vast majority of Brits are great, I find them to be cool people and the sense of humor is off the hook!

One thing is for sure, they really get behind their fighters and support them like I've never seen. Can't knock 'em for that.

There are brilliant fighters all over the world. Being over here in the UK, I learned to appreciate Benn, Eubank, Watson, Hatton, Calzaghe, Lewis, etc. America has consistently produced incredible fighters too, I don't even have to mention the names.

It shouldn't make a difference where we're from. Unfortunately not everyone sees it like that and nationality plays a much bigger part than I like to see. We're boxing fans. We ought to be sticking together and supporting this great sport no matter what.
