3D High definition boxing pay per view the future?

Just wanted to get your opinions on this technology and the impact on sport viewing in general.

I have been reading a lot about 3D technology and it would seem that this is something being taken very seriously. read the article below for a BBC article on Sky and the use of it on football broadcasts.

I have seen films at the imax and think it would be pretty cool to watch something i actually found interesting in 3D.

it would be awesome....have the 3D HD projection in the middle of the living room and you get a different angle depending on where you sat...kinda like having multiple ringside seats



but imagine the ppv tag on something like that? probably around $70-75 im guessing

no, the angle would be the same...only with the illusion of things jumping out of the screen.

That's the next fonteir in intertrainment...that would be the **** if they could do that....3D is old news and besides I wouldn't be caught dead wearing those retarted ass glasses....now holograms...that would be a brand new experiance...I'd jump on that quick!!! and it's not like it's impossible...this high tech is already out...just not out to everyone...but as soon as they can figure out how to make it affordable every house will have it...mark my word...
