What fight would be more difficult for Floyd? Manny or Marg

    Id say Manny.

In my opinion Floyd never had trouble with bigger guys who come forward, especially if thery are as slow as Margarito. I believe he has enough chin to go 12 with him and beat him quite easily on the scorecards.

Different story with Manny. Manny is southpaw and hes very fast. Look what Zab Judah did to Floyd the first 4 rounds. Ppl who say Judah at the time was past it and was a Tzyu leftover are wrong, Kostya got lucky there and was plain loosing until he clocked him. Judah against Mayweather was at his best and in the early rounds was really giving hell to floyd (he even kd him, although the ref didnt validate it). Floyd fighting him was taking a real risk.

Now Manny isnt a frontrunner like Zab and fights very similar to him, except he has more variety of punches, and has better feeling of his distance. He also has power, although not maybe like Zab. But he can go 12 at the same pace and that would make fLOYD VERY UNCONFORTABLE.

Look at this vid...ok its a VERY BIASED one, cause you only see what Zab did in the fight, that bout wasnt controversial because Zab faded after 4 rounds like we all know....but imagine Pac in his shoes going on like that for 12 rounds...he surely would try that.

Now i still think Floyd would find a way to win like he always does...but the would have to be aggressive, be first and not count too much on the counterpunch because Pac is so fast...would be a great fight to see. What do you think? More difficult Pac or Marg? and why?

It's Pacman. Margarito will probably chime in with their typical, "Margarito has no respect for human life" crap, but the bottom line is that Floyd would probably shut Margarito out. Margs is too slow, too one dimensional, and not skilled enough to be Floyd. It would be 12 rounds of Floyd backing up and tagging Margs at will.

I said Margarito because that is who would give him the most credit for his legacy.

Personally, I think if Floyd fought the way he did Chico he wins the fight because Margarito is slow all around and Floyd's speed and ability of technique would be to much. However, we don't know because Floyd never took this risk. And if Floyd fought that same way he did against Oscar...not a good thing.

I can't see Floyd having much of a chance to KO Margarito, but there is that chance with Manny...so, fighting 12 full rounds against Margarito in the end is harder, especially considering Margarito can ****.

Even though Paul Williams was out-boxed in his loss, I say he can give Floyd the most trouble.

In order to beat Manny, Floyd has to fight like his light-weight-JrWW days.

I wouldn't put too much stock in his fight with Judah. He and everyone else knew all he had to do was wait until the mid rounds to start to fight and Judah would cave.

Judah has speed to give anybody trouble...and power above Manny Pac, although he isn't as relentless. Floyd just didn't risk fighting Judah for the first 40% of the fight or so because why risk it if you know what's going to happen after a certain round.

This fight though did piss me off with Floyd: First, it was a waste of a fight at 147. True, it helped him with popularity in some way, however, Judah was already KO'd by Tszyu and lost his belt to Baldomir.

And then to top it off, Floyd fights a boring fight by starting late like 36+ year old Hopkins used to do instead of fighting from round 1. That will eventually catch up to you.

I vote both.. Marg and pacman would be a difficult task for Floyd.. But Pacman have the edge of beating Mayweather due to how he has improve this year...

Thats how i see it...Marg is made for Floyd and both his strategies of stick and move and fight in the pocket. Marg is not going to land bodyshots like he did on Cotto, Floyd knows how to deflect them and come back with punishment and then not get caught back
