it's hard to say since I've never seen anyone other than Lewis and Byrd actually try to fight him and they both beat him. I've only seen overweight jokes of fighters against him and all they do is stand there and take punches.
Johnson didn't fight
Sanders didn't fight
Williams didn't fight
Peter didn't fight
Byrd and Lewis both put pressure on him. Lewis was on the verge of KOing him, and Byrd actually made him quit. So obviously you need to pressure him for starters. I just wish someone would actually fight him.Comment

It takes a sturdy kinda guy, a guy who can get Vitali into a long, tough fight.
I dont think a free swinging, suspect chinned kind of guy can do it, to be honest.Comment

lots of in and out movement
accurate shots, in and out, back on him again
move circles around him, then occasionally mix it up by being briefly aggressive, then back to movingComment

Easily he is feather fisted and has a weak chin. im to fast, im too strong, im too motivated, im too fit and also im fast!! infact he is ducking me. scared of my 10-0-2 record. i will fight his brother aswell

Do what Herbie Hide did, but make it past the opening rounds.
Put pressure on him, using footwork and handspeed to get in, land your punches, and get out. Focus on his body (large target, hard to defend with his stature), use a lot of feints to get him off balance and not allow him to get his rhythm going.
Oddly enough, I think this would be nicely complemented by the opposite tactic of getting him to chase/follow you, then countering or coming forward when he opens up and gets off balance.
I think the key to beating him is consistancy; pressure and power.Comment
