no it was not his fault..and was hoya prime when manny did defeat..or was reality that hoya agreed to a weight he hasnt seen in over a ****en decade and ON TOP OF THAT decided to show up at a lesser weight like an idiot..facts are facts...

ODLH has his own agenda on trying to fight pac at 147..
he lost to PBF at 154 because he can't cope up with pbf's speed..
he decided to came in light in his next fight (150) against forbes which i think is in preparation for the PBF rematch which would happen i believe at 147 since he cannot beat him at 154.
he even admitted that he feels light and fast at this weight (150)..
but we know the history, PBF didn't gave him his rematch and he settled for PAC..
the rest is history..

ODLH also wanted to test 147 coz i believe he wanted to do a megafight with hatton at wembley.. the money fight is there at 147.. he have no other money worthy opponent at 154 during that time..
