I really liked Arreola's comments on James Toney on his commentary for the Toney-Oquendo fight.
For those who missed it, I will paraphrase. Arreola basically said that Toney is a true master. He talked about how Toney has the uncanny ability to lull aggressive fighters into inactivity with his relaxed style which sets up his own punching. He said that he really respects Toney and when asked whether or not he would fight him, Arreola said that he only would fight Toney if he absolutely HAD to for some reason, but that he'd really prefer not to fight one of his heros.
I dislike Arreolas lack of conditioning, especially as a boxer who is supposed to be fighting his way towards earning what was historically considered the most prestigious prize in all of sports. I used to hate on him as a result, however, these comments have made me like him a lot more....
