Manny Pacquiao fought a weight drained, skinny, small Oscar who has not fought at Welter in 10 years. If Manny fought Oscar at 154 he would have been creamed! So you guys can not compare what Manny did to De La Hoya against Floyd because in actuality PBF fought the TRUE De La Hoya. Floyd is too defensive for Manny.

Manny's fast and comes from angles but Floyd would not chase him & to me that's the only way Manny would have the edge in a fight with Floyd. Manny would come to PBF & get picked apart through his holey defensive game. PBF is also safety 1st & I believe he could tag Manny hard enough to be a problem for him. If Juan Manuel Marquez gave Manny all he could handle I'm sure Floyd can handle him. In regards to in activity, we have to remember that Floyd is in excellent condition and has never had a problem making weight in any fight. I think it would be the fight of the decade but I would give the edge to Floyd because of his safety 1st defensive style & ring generalship.
True, Manny have problem with JMM style, but he is the only one JMM, can not be imitated by ODLH and not even Floyd! Floyd style to Manny would not work because he is not a good counter puncher, he would only hit when he think is safe then rn like a chicken, but Manny style is illusive and would answer Floyd with flurry of punches before he can get away plus awkward angle that Floyd can not sweep him. Manny has also a lot of head movements, and I think after Diaz and ODLH victory, he could beat JMM this time with no so much trouble.

Pac was how old when he started that low?
True, ODLH is for money and i believe a test for Manny's strength at that weight division. After Manny's victory over ODLH it indicates that Manny is competitive at that weight, he have that agility, agressiveness, being slick, fast, good footwork and head movements, and with his good right hand cooperation.. almost everyhing mixed together except for one important tool that Manny should carry in any weight divisions, his deadly power punch! His left hand seems not so effective with ODLH despites of some solid hits on ODLH head, that usually put his opponent down into the canvas in the lower weight divisions. Margarito is strong and a natural WW boxer that he have that edge to win over Manny, although I believe Manny would prevail over Margarito still. But if Margarito wanted to fight Manny, what I mean is the natural Manny, he should go down to Jr WW to face Manny in his complete tools! And this is mostlikely fair to both fighters since Manny went up one div higher and Marg goes down 1 div lower.

I don't believe that Pacman can beat Floyd Mayweather Jr.

          ...........BECAUSE HE'S NOT COMING BACK!

I can only imagine what Floyd Jr.'s face looks like while he's watching Oscar Dela Hoya getting the beating of his life from Pacquiao.

Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s name shouldn't even be mentioned anymore unless he personally make a statement that he's coming back.

And if ever... If that day should come... a fight with Pacquiao will be a great treat for boxing fans for years to chew on.

then after making that fight PBF can retire...... with 1 loss in his record!

this guy has had to many power bars, maybe hatton, but mayweather would be a disaster even though i would love to see him lose just cause if he was ever losing i think we would see him actually try to fight and that would be amazing but besides that point, this guy is a nutritionalist, guy never was even a fighter hes from my home town, actually he isnt even a licensed nutritionalist, pretty much that means his boxing opinion means dog s**t to me

floyd scared ass aint coming back so just let Pac take care of hatton! hey everyone wanting to see Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 should be happy that floyd aint coming back. because otherwise this fight probably doesnt happen or it wont happen till 2010 when Marquez is probably close to bein done! Without Floyd, Marquez is the biggest fight possible for Pacquiao unless Roach really wants to fight Cotto...
