Reason being is Manny's bread and butter is a straight up fight. Cotto can both box AND fight.

Also take into consideration the shots he landed on Margarito would've possibly decapitated any of the other Welters that night. Cotto hits very hard for size and has great accuracy and speed.

Pac would be in the fight, but once they start trading I think Cotto will land the harder, flusher shots.

Getting hit flush from Marquez and getting hit from Cotto are night and day.

considering Pacquiao at 130 roughed cotto up in sparring, Pac at 147 would knock him out. size difference is similar, Cotto is stockier, Pacquiao looks much stronger.
