  • Robert Guerrero Ready To Return, Under Golden Boy

Former featherweight champion Robert Guerrero (22-1-1, 15 KOs) is ready to return to the ring in the super featherweight division after he won a lengthy arbitration case against former promoter Dan Goossen on Tuesday. Guerrero has been inactive since a February knockout of Jason Litzau. Guerrero would like to return to the ring by January. [details]

They could put him against Mzonke Fana on the undercard of Mosley-Margarito.

I would like to see him against Chris John, but he's a protected champion. The Ghost could take a fight against Linares or Luevano too.

2009 will be a big year for Guerrero. Hopefully he can get a big fight and produce the goods.

I dont like this for the Ghost, I would have preffered him to go to Top Rank,
Lets hope GBP doesnt **** Guerrero like they have other fighters..

I'm a Guerrero fan and hope 2009 is a great year for him not only in boxing but for him, his wife and baby....

John fought Hiroyuki Enoki his last fight. That's a huge step up for him and a credible opponent.

Yes, a fight against Luevano, Rocky Juarez, Humberto Soto or even Gamboa's first title fight would be great.

I'd love to see the Gamboa people gamble and try to make this fight.
