Why is Dawson giving Tarver a rematch, but not Johnson?

I would hate to see this fight again. It would be boring, similar to how de la hoya vs mayweather 2 would have been. Tarver has no chance, hes not fast enough anymore. Dawson would box his way to a comfortable victory. The first fight was kind of boring, it was predictable to me. I knew dawson was gonna win, hes younger and quicker.

you'd think that the TV networks would push for Johnson-Dawson. The first was a very good fight, one of my top ten for 2008.

The rematch is Tarver's call.....Dawson has no choice, it was in the contract in exchange for Tarver putting his belts on the line....its Tarver's he can get a rematch if he wants or not......Dwason has to take it if Tarver opt for the clause

I'd say for Dawson to just vacate, but that would make Tarver a tilist again...then again Cloud could have a much better chance against Tarver then against Dawson.
