floyd mayweather jr has imo the most perfectly timed counter right hand, like him vs n'dou, gatti of course, threw a brage of counter rights and a counter left hook upstrairs from the perfect feint. his 4th fight where he countered with a left hook and knocked the fighter down with it the 1st time and out the next time he landed it. also, his fight with zab, he countered zab's jab with a jab of his own and buckled zab's legs in the 2nd round. let's see here, his fight with corley, he countered off of the block very well against jukko and a few others, his check left hook counter is perfectly timed like you saw against hatton, his fight with hernandez and castillo in both fights, he countered him a lot. i haven't seen a fighter who could counter off of the ropes better than him, counter from a block better or like him.
roy jones has to be up there because of his counter left hook that a lot of times he knew when to land it even though it looked like his eyes were closed when he threw it, and against the fighter where he put his hands behind his back. that to me was a counter knock out.
