Is Haye Disciplined Enough To Stand Any Chance Against Vitali?

I think the only way he stands a chance in the fight is if he sticks to a disciplined game plan of getting in and throwing a flurry and get out of range before Vitali gets to fire back

Fighters like Chagaev and Ibragimov are good at this kind of tactics
I think Haye would need to stick to a clever gameplan like Chagaev against Valuev or Ibragimov against Briggs in order to have any chance

Is Haye capable of this? Is he disciplined enough?

I dont think he will be able to stick to that kind of gameplan
Has he ever done this before?

Haye gets off balance alot when he opens up, he definately will need to not be sloppy in the fight at all or Vitali will nail him with a right hand

and we know he cant afford to take many big shots from Vitali

I dont see Haye as being able to carry these things out and i think unless age catches up with Vitali (he will be 38 or nearly by the time of the fight) that he will knock Haye out in 5 Rounds

    Thoughts?

I've seen Haye fight disciplined fights before so yes, he is capable of fighting a disciplined fight but maybe this fight calls for some indiscipline for him to win.

he will need to be aggressive at times yes but he definately cant afford to get reckless like we have seen him before.

He needs to fight a very smart fight to beat Vitali i think, he cant be drawn into too many exchanges

I agree, Haye can't get sloppy in there.

I agree, he needs to come in very unorthodox to beat Vitali.

If he fights him like he fought Monte Barrett he will lose. If he fights him like he fought Enzo then he can win.

                Haye got no chance period.

I said before that boxing is boxing and anything can happen. But in this fight, Haye doesnt even have a 10% chance.

There is no way he can win. Just isnt. He has nothing to offer.

Hayes power - overrated (who has he tested it against? Monte ? common, they make it out to be like he can KO valuev with one shot, down the road everyone will see that his power is nothing but hype, put it in your sig, mark my words, going to be another Peter, another Lacey).

Hayes chicn - eventually Vitaliy will land, and Haye will be doing his best impression of Zab Zudah keeping matches away from children.

See the difference between Haye and Wlad is that Wlad can keep punches from landing flush on his mentaly ill chin, Haye is like swiss cheese, he is getting KTFOd.
