I Just Rewatched Pacquiao vs Marquez 2

Final Score 114-113 Pacquiao

This fight was a lot closer than I thought. The first half of the fight was easy to score, because every round had a clear winner, second half was the one harder to score, but I think that only 2 rounds were for debate. That were rounds 7 and 10. I think JMM did much better in this fight than in the 1rst one. And Manny even tho' he still won, he wasnt at his best. He didnt fought consistanly, sometimes he was over agresive and out of balance and sometimes he just let JMM Marquez do what ever he wants during the fight.

In he other hand JMM fought consistanly at a mesured pace%2

There were only 4 clear round in the fight IMO, 2 for each fighter, the knockdown won Pacquiao the fight for me as well.

I actually think that he won the first fight clearly, the second one is the one that I had my doubts. IMO the first half of the 2nd fight was very clear the second half is the one open for debate.

i had pac winning, but i had several rounds a draw in that fight. there should be no such thing as "swing rounds", only draw rounds.

I found 8 rounds of that fight quite hard to score, only the 4 rounds that I mentioned were easy to score, I can't remember which rounds they were though.

I had Pacquiao winning the first fight as well but only because of the 3 knockdowns in the first round, I had Marquez winning more rounds.
