I havn't read this thread but hopfully someone already made it clear.

If you get ko'd or tko'd in a fight, you are automaticly suspended for 1 month, i assume Nevadad rule is a few days longer.

This happens to alot of boxers, Iam sure they did the same thing to cotto after margarito fight but since its Oscar they decided it was big enough news to release to the press

as far as i know about the rules out here in vegas, it's standard procedure to suspend a fighter after any kind of injury in a loss, even in a win sometimes, and also i think that they suspend a fighter after a ko or tko too ,until evaluated, some longer than others but as far as i know that is how they do it.

it's not because oscar got jacked, it's just standard practice.
