Sure Wlad looks good on paper...

But does not look as impressive in the ring.
    Take the Thompson fight.
Looks like an impressive, dominating KO win, but Thompson was not a game fighter and laid down for Wlad after 11 painful rounds.
The Peter win looks good but he was dropped three times.
It looks good to come back and stop Brewster in 5 rounds in the rematch, but Brewster was coming off a loss and had one good eye.

Now a 7th round stoppage of a former champ, but a washed up champion who had no business fighting Wlad in the first place.

Man should not even be mentioned in the same ring with the best heavyweights ever...

      Terrible post

Thompson was game, he threw lots of punches, showed a tough chin and solid defence. He tried his best, but was outclassed and KO'd by the superior fighter Wladimir.

Only 1 legit knockdown in the Peter fight, the other 2 were from illegal rabbit punches. The ref should've deducted at least a point from Peter for all that illegal rabbit punching in that fight. Wlad schooled Peter and won 10 or the 12 rounds, almost knocked him out in the 12th.

Brewster said before and after the fight that his eye was healed and perfectly fine. Wlad completely dominated him and made him QUIT in 6 rounds.

Another impressive dominant KO win for Wlad last night.

      Wlad is a great fighter

      The Wlad haters are PATHETIC

It's amazing how jaded young wlad fanboys are.
Wlad is a damn good fighter, but guys like you draw comparisons to fighters like Ali and Louis and it is so off the mark it is not even funny.

And we are talking about Hasim Rahman here.
That dude who was knocked out by Oleg Maskaev and quit in three rounds against a shot James Toney.
            Put things in perspective...

I have never compared Wlad to Ali and Louis... He is what he is..The dominant fighter in his weight class.. who has steadily Beaten the top Fighters of the division over the last 10 years .. Has a few losses.. which are UNFAIRLY focused on compared to other fighters with 3 losses..And His 52 wins and 46 KO's (83.5 KO% ) are treated like a common achievement.. And he holds 2 major belts.. and has dispatched of all his mandatory and Optional opponents since holding them..

It is not me who overrating the man.. it is you underrating him... You can't deny that.. You unduly hate the man.. and it either blinds you to reality.. or you simply spread hate because you hate..

Maskaev/Rahman was a close even fight going into the final round.

Rahman won the first 2 rounds against Toney, got cut and lost one round. It was a no contest.

Wlad completely dominated and KO'd Rahman

It was an impressive performance. You haters can't deny it.

I do not hate Wlad by any stretch of the imagination.

Which is pathetic. Maskaev was old, shot and knocked Rahman out of the ring once before.
That Toney fight should have been a TKO, and anybody who watched it knows that.
I am not impressed with a stoppage of an ancient, shot to bits Hasim Rahman.
