Joe Calzaghe is a *****!!!!! Chad Dawson will beat him!

When Dawson beats a LHW or SMW worth talking about under 40 then call me and we can talk about why he can call out a 37 year old and expect not to get laughed at.

What I find ironic is that out of Johnson, Tarver, Jones jr and B-Hop the only one who isn't actually past it as a serious force is the oldest of the lot, Hopkins.

If Calzaghe doesn't retire, Dawson is the obvious fight but there is no 'unfinished business' there to stop him doing so. The only guy with a serious claim in that regard is actually Johnson.

Exactly. They can't grasp the difference between Slappy fighting 40 year olds and Dawson doing so.

Dawson's doing it to make the transition from excellent prospect to bona fide main man in the division.

Calzaghe is FINISHING HIS CAREER on these two fights.

I'm not basing anyone or supporting this video( even though its very funny), but you really have to be blind in order to not see the kind of problems that Dawson would pose to Calzaghe. Hes a southpaw( which Joe doesn't have much experience against), hes a big 6'3 light heavyweight, has good power, could match his hand speed and many people think hes faster, and hes a classical boxer, good infighter and very versatile and is in his prime. There is a reason why Joe opted to not take this fight. A huge risk and little reward.
