    Wlad

alot of people hate on wlad and so on, but any true boxing fan can find the appreciation of the boxing clinics he puts on.. yeah, maybe he could be more exciting, but i myself am a true boxing fan, and i can appreciate guys like klits and mayweather , true boxers.. we americans, and people in general just like the brawlers, which is understandable.. im not a huge wlad fan, but you have to give the man credit, he has a precision piston like jab like nothing i have ever seen i nawhile.. that jab takes the starch out of his opponents eventaully.. anyways, i know he his haters which is understandable.. but im sure there are other unbiased fans out there like me who can still enjoy a technical fight.. thats all

Wlad is not a true boxer and does not put on "boxing clinics." What fighter are you watching???

What you consider Wlads performance to be other than putting on boxing clinics?

You must be confusing Wlad with Rahman.

Wlad is a very technically sound boxer but he just gets overly cautious sometimes and just does what he has to do to win, the heavyweight division needs someone exciting, I know Wlad knocks his opponents out but the lead up to the knockout can turn people away.

yeah, wlad definitely isnt trying to really "entertain" the people when he is fighting, he just does what he has to do to win like you said... but, he does this for a reason.. wlad doesnt have a very sturdy chin, so he is doing the smart thing there, not exposing his chin.. obviously he knows how weak of a chin he has.. if he went out and was alot more entertaining, wed be seeing him with alot more losses on his record, like when he was first coming up, when he was alot more exciting.. i can still appreciate his awesome boxing skills, and athletic ability without him being very exciting, but just me..

Can you tell me one other boxer who outboxed Rahman so convincignly, KD, and then TKO him?

Only Lenoox Lewis had done a similar thing, except that he was able to land a better shot.

Maskaev had won by TKO in the last round in an equal fight with Rahman.

I understand what he does, he hasn't been the same since the first Brewster fight, that took a lot out of him psychologically IMO, he used to be a very good offensive machine but now's he's a much more cerebral, technical fighter who just does what he has to do, I don't mind watching him fight because of his technical skills but the heavyweight division needs excitement and Wlad is not the one to provide it.

I'm not putting down Wlad's performance, he performed well, like he always does, I'm just saying that boxing needs an exciting heavyweight champion, Wlad isn't that guy, I have much respect for him though because he is a very good boxer.
