    Wow, I Was Totally Wrong!!!

This is a long 2 part thread but it goes by quick and I had alot to say : ) 1st off let me say that I picked Pac to beat Oscar for alot of reasons way back when the fight was made. He won as I expected. Ive always thought that Pac was P4P the biggest fighter in the sport but I did think that he looked like a "smaller" man against Oscar. I also thought Oscar looked totally shot and that the weight loss killed him as I predicted. I thought Hatton still had a very good chance of beating him, that he probably would get beat by anyone else at WW, that Floyd could fight him with a 2 year layoff without a tuneup, and still stop him within 6 rounds.

The problem was when I watched the fight last week, I didnt get to watch it like I normaly do. I was moving around alot and didnt get to totaly disect the fight like I normaly do. Watching the replay tonight made me totally flip flop. Oscar was definatly past his prime but I didnt feel that he looked shot tonight. I thought that Pac was just a monster. The 1st time I thought Oscar looked weak and he still did some but really Pac just looked super strong at that weight. I was kind of dissapointed in Pac's size the 1st time I watched it but tonight he looked huge. Ive always said that he was P4P the biggest guy in boxing and that he had the best body in the sport but I will take it 1 step further and say that he seriously may have the best body in the history of boxing. Alot of guys have big legs or there big up top or they have muscles or there thick or there cut but they never have all of it. Pac is just built the exact same all the way throughout his body. Its perfect. He's built like a stealth. He's like the Perfect Weapon.

I now even beleive that its possible that Pac could give alot of the WW's trouble. The biggest thing to me is that he's Southpaw. Alot of people know that I talk about that alot. I just think its a huge huge huge advantage in boxing. I could see him hitting Cotto with a ton of clean shots. Every WW he fights will look way better Offensively then Oscar which will give Pac trouble but that will also leave them more open for Pac to hit them. I cant think of 1 single WW besides Floyd that Pac would have trouble landing on. Now that ofcourse might not be enough but it wouldnt shock me to see him stun some of these guys. Even a guy like Williams who had more trouble with the Southpaw Quintana then he did with Margarito.

Now let me get back to his body. Ive been telling everyone for years that he's never been small. He's just a great athelete with tremendous work ethich so he can lose weight and fight at the smaller classes but its only because he kills himself. He never belonged way down there. Thats why he looks better every single time he moves up. He looks even better at WW then he does at 130 against JMM. Thats why I seriously beleieve that right now Pac is a natural 140 pounder. There is no doubt in my mind that he is and Im talking about a solid 140 pounder. Im not talking about a fake guy who will come in small and look unatural. I mean his body & strength will be as good as anyone in that division. He is bigger then Floyd without a doubt. Every weight he goes to he outweighs Floyd by a ton until he got to WW where he's the same size but to me he still looked bigger & stronger. Roach knows it too. Thats why he always says that people make it sound like they have to gain alot of weight to fight Oscar but really they have to come down in weight.

    PART 2

I thought Hatton has a chance and Ill still give him that respect because he's a great champ but now I think Pac should definatly win this fight. I think this will then setup one of the greatest fights in boxing history that I wouldnt even be shocked if they had a rematch. That replay just totally changed my mind. He's bigger & stronger then Floyd while also being fast and also being a Southpaw. I think he'll actually be stronger at 140 then he was at 126 & 130. He's a big dude and thats why he made big-little men like EM look like a little boy next to him in the ring. I think its possible that Floyd could get him in 6 but now I dont think its likely since Pac is so big. I also think that Floyd maybe actually does need a tuneup before there fight even though it would probably be more exciting if he didnt. Ive said many times that I dont think a righty can hit Floyd clean in his prime. His D is just too on point for that so for him to lose he will either have to fight a guy who's just super huge like a Margarito or your only other slight chance is to be a Southpaw and Pac has that. The only time Ive really seen Floyd get his clean in his prime was by Southpaws and the only time Ive seen him get really hurt was by Chop who's a lefty.

To me this would be an All Time great fight because Pac would have no fear of Floyd. Floyd isnt big like the other WW's and Pac is always aggressive. However despite what others think, I also feel that Floyd will have no fear of Pac. Alot of people say that Floyd will just pot shot but there is no way in hell that Floyd will fight like that against someone close to his size. I see both of these guys coming forward and throwing alot of punches. I could see it being like the Floyd-Chop fight where both guys were aggressive and there was alot of action. I think that fight could bring boxing back. I also heard some Floyd fans say that Pac will have to fight like Floyd did against Oscar for him to have a chance and thats also how I felt but not after seeing the replay. Pac is big and he's strong and he'll look even better at 140. Again, I think he's a real 140 pounder right now while I think Floyd is more like a 137.5 pounder. He's between a LW and a 140 guy. It will be an awesome match where both guys will get rich. To make the money right I could see them doing something crazy like both guys getting equal money for 80% of the fight but then aggreeing to take the last 20% and give it to the winner

I think that is to much of a conclusion from one fight, even if Oscar was 100%. It was a great win and pacman demolished Oscar, but that version of Oscar was ripe for that, I doubt other fighters would be as accomodating.
