Some people think boxing scene is a site for venting and being miserable. Other's realize it's to talk about boxing.

People say Marquez experience will help make a difference. It is true that Marquez does have experience.

Juan Diaz does also. People look at him and say he is only 25 but remmeber he started boxing at 16, so he has been a pro now for 9 years. He also 7 defenses of his lightweight belt and fought Katsidis, Campbell, Diaz, Freitas in his last 4 fights. That is pretty good experience if you ask me

this will be a very tough fight......marquez doesnt have the size nor the blockingabilty nor the movemnt to upset diaz' pace......i think it will all come down to marquez having the power to fend off diaz....otherwise, diaz is gonna run him over and have him against the ropes all night.......

JMM is a master boxer with speed and more power than what he looks like he can muster,.he had Pacman on ***** street,.. and he can dance all night if necessary,.. Juan is hardly guaranteed to win and will look as bad as he did vs Nate if he doesn't come in with good strategy.

As long as he gets past Funeka. I think Funeka is a very live underdog. He has a very good chance and Nate will have to come in at his best to beat him. Let's hope he does though because I think the fight everyone wants to see is the big one between Campbell and Marquez.

As long as these two win their fights, the next obvious step should be that fight. Though both guys have got very tough assignments for them up next, which will be hard for each guy to get past. Nonetheless, if they both win it will be a cracker of a fight for the true lightweight championship of the world.
