    james really should be under 230, like 227 or better yet 225, those couple extra pounds really do seem to slow down a little but 230 isn't bad...remeber though fast fres is the guy who beat chris byrd at his own game, i wouldn't underrate the big O, but i hope toney wins

              He could easily drop down to 215-220, but just doesn't have the willpower to do it. I wonder if he even does any roadwork anymore.
