Toney came in around 225lbs against Rahman and he looked pretty good...

Toney shouldn't have any problem UDing Fres Oquendo tomorrow nite.

I'd still like to see him at 220. At this point though, it's too late for James anyway. He needed to be focused on his weight three years ago.

james really should be under 230, like 227 or better yet 225, those couple extra pounds really do seem to slow down a little but 230 isn't bad...remeber though fast fres is the guy who beat chris byrd at his own game, i wouldn't underrate the big O, but i hope toney wins

He could easily drop down to 215-220, but just doesn't have the willpower to do it. I wonder if he even does any roadwork anymore.

Has there been any reports of minor tremors in the area lately? If there has, Toney might have taken up doing some roadwork again into his training.
