Berto's not even close to ready fighting someone like Pacquiao.
Lou Dibella wants him to go down in weight class. Perhaps the Jr Welterweights.
Pacquiao isn't going to stay in the welterweight division. Chances are he's going back to 135 or at least 140.

Berto just had an interview 3 days ago where he wants the top 10 WW's after he beats collazo... hes staying at ww, more names, more fights, more money
however if he DID goto 140... Bradley-Berto would be tremendous
