Boxingscene had an interview with him a couple of weeks ago. He said he's taking the year off working on his brothers' music group. He claims he shouldn't be counted out yet and that we'll be seeing a new, fresh Alfonso Gomez next year.

I'm really not waiting for it because this guy simply isn't that exciting let alone a world class fighter..
