its close and i would go with Pacquiao just cause he shows more skill especially the last year with how much he's improved. but id bet the majority has said/will say Tyson because man he could be fighting some bum and everyone was still excited through the roof. Pac is building that type of excitement though but he's not there yet

Theyre both brutal, but Tyson will actaully help his opponents up and kiss them after ****ing them up, and his opponents actaully lets him kiss them in fear. so i'm not sure.
