If Margarito was the same size as manny, Manny would destroy Margarito. but size alone, you're right margarito would win because he is far too big for Manny.

And even if Floyd Mayweather was back in this sport, I still think Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez are probably the two best boxers in this sport p4p wise.

i think everyone is in agreement that fighting at 147 for oscar was a one shot affair.

the best weight for pacquiao is 135 or at most 140 if he no longer can make 135.

let's keep his hypothetical opponents limited to guys at 135 and 140 or to the few 147 guys that can still make 140 comfortably.

after seeing manny win against oscar , people are too quick to assume he'd be effective at 147 or that he can somehow beat anyone if he can get them to a lower weight than they are used to.

just my opinion but manny is a 135 fighter now who could also be effective at 140. let's keep his opponents limited to those 2 weights classes or those who can comfortably go to those weights.

This fight would never happen. Freddie Roach is a smart man and he would be smart enough to know that Margarito would be too much for Pacquaio. This fight shouldn't happen, or we can see a fighter get severely broken.

No chance in hell this fight gets made. Arum is not that ****** to make this fight happen, he already rolled the dice with Cotto and it backfired on him since he was expecting the Rican to win. This fight would be like watching a phillipino snuff film, and I don't think I would want to see something like that.
